Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?
A. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is until 11:00 AM.

Q. Is late check-out or early check-in available?
A. Late check-out is available at an additional charge of KRW 20,000 per hour.
Early check-in is also available at KRW 20,000 per hour, subject to room availability.

Q. What are the parking hours?
A. Complimentary parking is available until 2:00 PM on the day of check-out.

Q. Can I reserve baby items or other rental items in advance?
A-1. Please contact the Front Desk to make a request. As quantities are limited, we highly recommend booking in advance, as same-day requests may not be possible.
A-2. Baby items: Baby crib, bed guard, bottle sterilizer, step stool, baby bathtub
A-3. Other rental items: Iron, ironing board, heater, humidifier, fan

Q. I heard there are three “Seorak” locations in Gangwon-do. How can I tell them apart?
A-1. The only hotel located within the national park – Seorak Hotel
A-2. Resort with a private beach – Seorak Beach Resort
A-3. Resort with private villas and pet-friendly accommodation – Seorak Valley Resort

Q. Does the hotel operate a shuttle bus?
A. We do not operate a shuttle bus. However, Bus No. 7 and 7-1 stop right in front of the hotel.

Q. Is it possible to add an extra bed?
A-1. Extra beds are not available in standard rooms. They can be added to suite rooms, except the Korean Suite, for an additional KRW 36,300.
A-2. Extra bed set is only available for Deluxe Ondol rooms. For all other room types, only additional blankets can be provided (KRW 10,000).

Q. What does the housekeeping service include?
A. For stays of two or more nights, housekeeping service is provided daily, starting sequentially from 1:00 PM.

Q. Are there any dining discounts for hotel guests?
A. “Queen’s Morning” (Breakfast Buffet) and “Queen’s Dinner A & B” (Dinner Courses) are available at a 10% discount when reserved in advance — by midnight for breakfast on your stay date, or by 5:00 PM on the same day for dinner.
