  • These Terms of Use set forth the matters concerning the use of guest rooms and facilities at hotels and resorts operated and managed by Eland Park Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), including both domestic Kensington Hotels & Resorts and overseas hotels and resorts such as Kensington Hotel Saipan, PIC Saipan, and Coral Ocean Resort Saipan.

    Customers are requested to review these Terms for a pleasant and safe travel experience.
    Article 1 (Purpose and Application)
    1. These Terms aim to define the rights and obligations of customers who apply for reservations or stay at domestic and overseas Kensington Hotels & Resorts operated and managed by the Company (hereinafter referred to as “Customers”).
    2. Accommodation contracts and any related agreements between the Company and the Customer shall be governed by these Terms. Matters not stipulated herein shall be governed by applicable laws, regulations, judicial precedents, and customary practices.
    3. For reservations made using a credit card, matters related to the reservation itself shall be governed by these Terms. Other matters concerning the credit card shall be governed by the terms agreed upon between the Customer and the credit card company.
    4. The Company may enter into special agreements with Customers within the scope that does not violate applicable laws or the intent of these Terms. In such cases, the special agreement shall take precedence.
    5. “Hotels and Resorts” refers to overseas hotels and resorts in Saipan operated by the following local corporations:
    o Micronesia Resort Inc. (Kensington Hotel Saipan)
    o Suwaso Corporation (Coral Ocean Resort Saipan)
    o InterPacific Resorts (Saipan) Corporation (PIC Saipan)
    6. With respect to reservations, cancellations, refunds, and payments for overseas hotels and resorts, Eland Park Ltd. acts as an agent on behalf of each local corporation, and all related fees and exchange rates shall be governed by these Terms.

    Article 2 (Reservation Application and Formation of Contract)
    1. Customers wishing to stay may apply for accommodation reservations, during which the Company may request the following information:
    ① Name, date of birth, gender, nationality, address, passport number, contact details, and credit card information
    ② Consent to the collection, use, and provision of personal information
    ③ Any other information deemed necessary by the Company Failure to provide required information may result in reservation cancellation.
    2. The accommodation contract is deemed concluded when the Company accepts the reservation request.
    3. These Terms take effect upon posting on the Company’s website or service menu.
    4. The Company may amend these Terms, and amended Terms shall take effect upon public notice.
    5. Customers using membership services may terminate use if they do not agree to amended Terms. Continued use shall constitute agreement.

    Article 3 (Refusal of Reservation)
    The Company may refuse reservations in the following cases:
    1. When the reservation cannot be accommodated under these Terms
    2. When no rooms are available
    3. When the Customer is determined to have an infectious disease
    4. When the Customer has previously harmed other guests or employees or possessed prohibited items
    5. When the Customer is a minor under 19 without legal capacity
    6. When fulfillment would impose unreasonable operational burdens
    7. When accommodation violates applicable laws
    8. When impersonation or misuse of membership occurs
    9. When reservations are made for resale or commercial gain
    10. When repeated cancellations disrupt operations
    11. When conduct violates public order or morals
    12. Other justifiable reasons

    Article 4 (Reservation Deposit)
    1. The Company may request a reservation deposit.
    2. Deposits shall be applied to accommodation charges first, or to penalties/damages where applicable. Remaining balances shall be refunded.
    3. If payment is made by credit card, penalties may be charged via the card issuer. Upon request, details will be provided.

    Article 5 (Cancellation by Customer)
    1. Cancellation fees shall apply based on season, date, and branch policy as published by the Company.
    2. Group reservations shall follow separate group contracts.
    3. Accounts with 50 or more cancellations within three months may be suspended for 90 days.
    4. Policies may vary by branch and season.
    5. For overseas hotels:
    1. Cancellation and no-show fees are processed by Eland Park Ltd. as agent
    2. Fees are calculated in the booking currency (USD) and converted to KRW using the applicable exchange rate on the processing date
    6. Penalties shall not apply in cases of force majeure or verified emergencies, subject to documentation.

    Article 6 (Cancellation by Company)
    1. The Company may cancel the contract if false information is provided, payment is not made, or violations occur.
    2. The Company may claim compensation for damages incurred.

    Article 7 (Check-in / Check-out)
    1. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM (subject to branch policy). Late arrivals after 10:00 PM require prior notice.
    2. Guests must register required information and provide a deposit or valid credit card.
    3. Credit card authorization may be held and released at checkout.
    4. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

    Article 8 (Payment)
    1. Usage fees must be paid upon check-out.
    2. Early check-in and late check-out incur additional charges.
    3. Check-outs after 3:00 PM are charged one night’s rate.

    Article 9 (Room Keys)
    1. Keys must be returned at check-out.
    2. Lost keys incur replacement charges.

    Article 10 (Liability)
    The Company shall not be liable for accidents caused by Customer negligence or occurring outside the accommodation period.

    Article 11 (Compliance with Rules)
    Customers must comply with usage rules. Violations may result in eviction, additional charges, or compensation claims.

    Article 12 (Business Hours)
    Facility operating hours may change. Usage may be restricted for safety or health reasons.

    Article 13 (Amendment)
    1. Terms may be amended per Company policy.
    2. Revised Terms shall not apply retroactively.

    Article 14 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)
    Disputes shall be resolved by mutual agreement or, failing that, by the competent court under Korean law.

    Article 15 (Miscellaneous)
    These Terms may apply concurrently with other Company regulations. Priority shall be determined accordingly.

  • Eland Park Ltd., Hotel Leisure Business Division (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), highly values the personal information of its customers and has established and complies with this Privacy Policy to actively protect personal information.

    This Privacy Policy may be amended in accordance with changes in relevant laws or the Company’s internal policies. Any amendments will be announced in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including by posting the revised policy on the Company’s website.

    The Company complies with the personal information protection provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., as well as their respective Enforcement Decrees.

    Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)
    The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information shall not be used for purposes other than those listed below. If the purpose of use is changed, the Company will obtain separate consent or take other necessary measures in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
    1. Performance of Contracts and Settlement of Payments
    o Provision of content
    o Delivery of goods (products or prizes)
    o Sending invoices
    o Identity verification for financial transactions
    o Purchase and payment processing
    o Mileage and point accumulation
    o Fee collection
    o Notification of new services, products, or events
    2. Member Management
    o Identity verification for membership services
    o Personal identification
    o Prevention of fraudulent use and unauthorized access
    o Confirmation of intent to join
    o Limitation of repeated sign-ups
    o Verification of legal guardian consent and identity
    o Record retention for dispute resolution
    o Handling complaints and inquiries
    o Delivery of notices
    3. Provision of Customized Services
    o Development and customization of new services and products
    o Provision of services and advertisements based on demographic characteristics
    o Analysis of access frequency and service usage
    o Compilation of statistical data
    o Provision of promotional information, events, and marketing materials
    4. Other Purposes
    o Provision of information regarding Company services and events
    o Promotion of Company-hosted or affiliated events
    o Telemarketing, direct mail (DM), email marketing (EM)
    o Surveys, consultations, and customer communications

    Article 2 (Retention and Processing Period)
    1. The Company processes and retains personal information for the period prescribed by law or agreed upon by the data subject at the time of collection.
    2. Retention periods by category are as follows:
    1) Membership Registration and Management
    • Until membership withdrawal
    • However, if any of the following applies, until the relevant matter is resolved:
    o Ongoing investigation or inquiry related to legal violations
    o Outstanding claims or obligations arising from service use
    2) Provision of Goods or Services
    • Until service completion and payment settlement
    • However, the following retention periods apply pursuant to relevant laws:
    o Records related to labeling and advertising: 6 months
    o Records related to contracts, withdrawal, payment, and supply: 5 years
    o Records related to consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years
    3) Communication Records (Communications Secrecy Protection Act)
    • Call records and base station location data: 1 year
    • Internet log records and access location data: 3 months
    4) Identity Verification Records
    • 6 months after termination of bulletin board posting

    Article 3 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
    1. The Company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 and provides personal information to third parties only in accordance with Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
    2. Personal information is provided to third parties only with the customer’s consent.

    3. Customers may refuse consent; however, refusal may restrict point benefits or certain services.

    Article 4 (Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Information)
    1. The Company transfers personal information overseas to provide services.

    • Suwaso Corporation (Coral Ocean Resort Saipan)
    • Inter Pacific Resorts (Saipan) Corp. (Pacific Islands Club Saipan)

    Name, Date of Birth, Contact Information, Email Address, Address, Card Authorization Number (varies by facility)

    Network transmission at the time of reservation and service use
    Purpose:
    Reservation management, customer service, payment settlement, marketing activities
    Retention Period:
    As required by law or consented period
    2. The Company implements security, complaint handling, and dispute resolution measures for cross-border transfers.
    3. Customers may refuse consent; refusal may limit service use.

    Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
    The Company entrusts personal information processing to the following service providers:

    Customers may request:

    4. Suspension of processing
    Requests may be made via website, store, phone, or email.

    Article 7 (Personal Information Items Processed)
    The Company processes personal information for:
    • Membership registration
    • Service usage
    • Reservations and payments
    • Mobile app usage
    • SNS-based login services
    Sensitive personal information is not collected.

    Article 8 (Cookies)
    The Company uses cookies to improve service quality. Customers may refuse cookies through browser settings.

    Article 9 (Destruction of Personal Information)
    Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period expires or processing purpose is achieved, using secure methods.

    Article 10 (Security Measures)
    The Company applies encryption, access controls, intrusion detection systems, and internal training to protect personal information.

    Article 14 (Amendment of Privacy Policy)
    This Privacy Policy is effective March 23rd , 2026.
