Q. How can I use a taxi in Gyeongju?
A. You can use the Kakao T app to book a taxi. If you need assistance, please contact the Front Desk. We can also provide the phone number of a local taxi company.
Q. How do I use a map service to get around?
A. We recommend using the Naver Map app. Set “Kensington Resort Gyeongju” as your starting point and enter your destination. The app will show you routes for public transport, driving, or walking.
Q. Are there any dining options nearby?
A. On the 1st floor of the West building, you’ll find the Ashley Queens restaurant and the Frangerie Bakery.
Ashley Queens is a buffet restaurant offering a wide variety of dishes ranging from Korean cuisine to Western favorites.
At Frangerie Bakery, you can enjoy light brunch options as well as signature items like the apple bread and the Cheomseongdae latte.
Q. Where is the nearest beach or nature spot?
A. Gyeongju is not a coastal city, but you can visit Bomun Lake, a scenic area about 10 minutes away by car. Donggung Palace and Wolji Pond and Gyeongju National Park are also popular nearby attractions.
Additionally, the coastal town of Gampo is within driving distance, where you can enjoy ocean views and visit the historical site of King Munmu’s Underwater Tomb
Q. Can I rent a car or arrange a taxi tour?
A. Car rental is not available at the resort. However, our Front Desk can help you contact a local taxi service for a private tour. Rates typically start from KRW 160,000 per day and vary depending on duration and number of people.

A. Room service is not available. However, a 24-hour convenience store is located on the B1 level of the Main Building.
Q. Is daily housekeeping provided?
A. For stays of 3 nights or more, we provide one full housekeeping service after the second night. Fresh towels are provided daily in the afternoon.
Q. Can I do laundry during my stay?
A. Yes, self-service laundry facilities are available on the B1 level of the West Building. Washing machines and dryers are accessible 24/7 for a fee. Please note that only card payments are accepted.
Q. Is there a shuttle or bus to the airport?
A. We do not offer a direct airport shuttle. However, you can take an express intercity bus from Gyeongju Bus Terminal to major nearby cities or airports. Please ask the Front Desk for the latest schedule and guidance.
